SWIGGY
Swiggy is an Indian online food ordering and delivery platform, operating in 500 cities across India. Partnered with the VP and Director of Design to facilitate a workshop at their Bangalore headquarters, across their design and product management organizations, covering strategies, case studies, and applications of inclusive design methods to bring teams closer to Swiggy delivery drivers and users–their needs, goals, and opportunities to enhance accessibility. Resulted in the adoption of new prototyping and co-design methods across both design and product departments.
